To make an event of this size possible, the circuit will deploy a huge human device that will involve more than 6,500 people.

THE EVENT WILL MOBILIZE MORE THAN 6,500 PEOPLE

The promoter of the World Championship, MotoGP Sports Entertainment, the teams, the organization and the permanent staff of MotorLand Aragón will gather about 3,500 people during the Grand Prix. They will be joined by some 230 officials in charge of the sports section and more than 90 workers assigned to other tasks. In addition, the health device will have 216 professionals to attend to the public, the paddock and the teams themselves.

In the access area, some 29 people will be in charge of the lockers, electronic control and other functions, while the security device will exceed 1,600 people, including security forces, parking staff and private security. The bars in the areas intended for the public will have approximately 200 workers, to which will be added around 30 people in the camping area.

The maintenance and assembly operation will mobilise around 70 professionals for tasks related to sound, air conditioning, electricity, giant screens or computers, among others. For its part, the cleaning service will be made up of 57 people.

Around 30 professionals will work in the press room in charge of media attention, social networks and the driving of the shuttle vehicles. The VIP space will have about 200 professionals only for the catering service, in addition to the hostesses and staff of the MotorLand Aragón stores. Likewise, 35 students of the Master in Motorsport Engineering will have the opportunity to learn closely from the MotoGP elite.
