One of the workers trapped in the collapse of a building in Sariñena has finally been located lifeless. This has been confirmed by the Provincial Council of Huesca, who report that the Firefighters continue to work on the house to free the second operator, who is injured in the rubble.
The events took place this Thursday at noon, on the third floor of a privately owned house under construction on José Fatás street where they were working for its conditioning. The Firefighters of the Provincial Council of Huesca have received the alert at around 12.00 pm that the building had collapsed. Although at first it was unknown how many workers were trapped in the collapse due to the large amount of debris, the first hypotheses pointed to two operators.

A large device of Firefighters from the Provincial Council of Huesca participates in the operation, with troops from the Sariñena, Barbastro and Benabarre parks, the latter displaced with the Canine Unit, as well as means with drones and members of the Sabiñánigo park, who have moved the Advanced Command Post to the site.
Firefighters from the municipalities of Huesca and Zaragoza, together with the Civil Guard, 061, 112 helicopter, Civil Protection, Red Cross and municipal services of the City of Sariñena, have also been mobilized. The work is focused on securing the structure and removing the debris with the maximum safety guarantees in order to complete the rescue of the injured person.
