The General Directorate of Interior and Emergencies of the Government of Aragon has activated, from 11.00 am this Thursday, the alert phase of the Special Civil Protection Plan for Adverse Weather Phenomena in Aragon (Procifemar) due to the forecast of rain and storms that may affect different parts of the Autonomous Community during the day.
WARNINGS IN THE THREE PROVINCES
According to the update of the weather warnings, the province of Huesca is at orange level from 4:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. today, due to the forecast of adverse weather phenomena.
Likewise, a yellow warning has been established in the province of Zaragoza between 4:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m., while in the province of Teruel it will be active between 2:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m.
Faced with this situation, the Government of Aragon, through the Civil Protection services, continues to monitor the evolution of meteorological phenomena and recommends the population to take extreme precautions, especially during the hours when a greater intensity of rainfall and storms.
The Government of Aragon recalls that weather warnings can be updated depending on the evolution of atmospheric conditions and recommends that citizens stay informed through official channels.
