He has carried the name of the small town of Magallón throughout Spain, especially during his time at the Operación Triunfo Academy. Now, his people recognize that projection and return his affection by naming him the town crier of their festivals. Juanjo Bona will be in charge of kicking off the celebrations of the municipality on September 13, at 1:00 p.m., from Plaza España.
The singer from Zaragoza, closely linked to his roots and the town where he grew up, will thus have the opportunity to star in one of the most anticipated moments of the festive program. His election as town crier is a recognition of the career he has begun in recent years and, especially, the link he maintains with Magallón, a town that has been very present in his speech and in his artistic career.
«Everyone is invited,» the young Aragonese singer reacted to his appointment. The artist will also receive the Gold Medal of the Villa de Magallón. With this double recognition, festivities will officially begin that will once again fill the streets of Magallón with neighbors, visitors and activities. Surely knowing of Juanjo’s presence in the municipality, several of his fans from all over Spain come to know the celebrations of this small town in Zaragoza.

The news comes while the artist is immersed in the process of making his second album. Juanjo published through his Instagram account a post where he is seen working on an album that will be released to the public in just a few months. «We are beginning to see the light of day with several songs from the new album, I am happy, happy, happy!», wrote the Aragonese artist.
The artist confirmed a few weeks ago through answers to questions from his fans on Instagram that he had already chosen the songs that would make up his next album. Juanjo assured that there will be just over ten songs and that, following the hallmark that has marked since the beginning of his career, folklore will have a leading role.
In addition, Juanjo will make his film debut. The singer from Zaragoza is part of the cast of the latest project by the Aragonese director Nacho G. Velilla. It is the film «If the Dead Talked», which will hit theaters on December 3, 2027. Juanjo will make his debut on the big screen accompanied by leading figures in our country: Carmen Machi, Hugo Silva, Maribel Verdú, Megan Montaner from Huesca, Ingrid García Jonsson, Alain Hernández and Claudia Salas.
