Murcia’s Campos Salinas opens refereeing against Real Zaragoza in the Primera RFEF

The Real Zaragoza already has the first referee of the season: Juan Antonio Campos Salinas, from the Murcian committee. He is the referee assigned to inaugurate the path of the maños in the third division of Spanish football, which starts this weekend. The duel is set for this Sunday at 9:30 p.m. at the Nou Estadi against Nástic de Tarragona.

The referee has many years of experience in the third step of Spanish football. Until this season that starts directing Real Nástic Zaragoza has accumulated a total of 13 seasons between Second Division B and First RFEF. In matches, the figure rises to 153 duels in all competitions.

Broken down by category, Campos Salinas has been a referee for seven seasons in Segunda B, with 82 games under his belt in seven seasons, from 2014/15 to 2020/21. In the Primera RFEF he has five uninterrupted matches from 2021/22 to the one he is now starting, where he has officiated 65 matches. In addition to this, there are two playoffs in the Second Division and four in the Copa del Rey.

Now, Campos Salinas is the one chosen to referee Real Zaragoza in the Primera RFEF, a place that he must leave behind immediately.
