The orange warning for maximum temperatures planned for today, Wednesday, July 15, has also been extended to the center of Huesca. This has been reported by the Directorate General of Interior and Emergencies through the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET).
The Huesca Pyrenees, the south of Huesca, the Cinco Villas, the Iberian region of Zaragoza and the Bajo Aragón. For its part, the red warning remains active in the Ribera del Ebro. In addition, the Teruel regions of Albarracín and Jiloca, as well as Gúdar and Maestrazgo, will remain under yellow warning.
All weather warnings will be in force between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Civil Protection insists on the need to take extreme precautions against high temperatures. In this context, they recommend avoiding exposure to the sun during the central hours of the day, drinking water frequently and paying special attention to the most vulnerable people, especially the elderly, children and patients with chronic diseases.
