Fish and seafood continue to have a prominent place in the Zaragoza gastronomy. In the heart of the city, Riskomar maintains a menu in which these products are the main protagonists, accompanied by traditional dishes and different options for groups and celebrations.
Located on Calle Francisco de Vitoria, the restaurant combines seafood, fish and tasting menus in a proposal that attracts both regular customers and those looking for a space for a business lunch or a family reunion.
FROM THE SEA TO THE TABLE
Oysters, langoustines, prawns or cocochas are some of the products that can be found on the Riskomar menu. Along with them there are dishes to share such as cod omelette or roman-style cocochas, as well as different fish and a selection of meats.

The presence of seafood marks a large part of the identity of the restaurant, which has maintained this gastronomic line since its inception. A proposal that continues to find its space among those who are looking for a meal based on recognisable raw materials and traditional preparations.
In addition to the menu, the restaurant has a lunch tasting menu for 40 euros. It includes four sharing centers, a main course of your choice, dessert, water and coffee. In the evening it offers another tasting menu for 48 euros, which incorporates four centres to share, beef tenderloin with foie, house pastries, water, coffee, wine and gin and tonic. There is also the possibility of preparing menus adapted for groups of more than ten people.
