«With the same enthusiasm and the same desire as on the first day», Lorena Orduna will once again be the candidate of the PP for Mayor of Huesca. Like Natalia Chueca in Zaragoza and Emma Buj in Teruel, the current councillor will run for re-election to the Government of the Huesca City Council in the municipal elections of 2027.
Orduna has announced through social networks, together with her party, that Alberto Núñez Feijóo has reappointed her as a candidate for Mayor of Huesca. «The change and transformation of Huesca in these years is undeniable. The change we have experienced in Huesca will also, without a doubt, also make a future for Spain», said Orduna.
The announcement, which will be made official this Saturday in Santiago de Compostela, comes after three years of mandate of the current mayor. Orduna ran for the first time in the municipal elections in 2023 and won 12 of the 25 Huesca councillors, falling just one short of an absolute majority.
