[EN] The complaint of one of the victims precedes the arrest of two minors for aggressions in Huesca

The The National Police has arrested two minors aged 16 and 17 and is investigating a third, also 16, for their alleged participation in several aggressions committed during the last two weeks in different parts of the city of Huesca.

The investigations carried out by the agents have made it possible to clarify three aggressions. The first took place on Calle Sancho Abarca, at around 6.30 am, when a person was assaulted by two minors and suffered injuries classified as minors.

The same minors would have participated in a second aggression last weekend. The events occurred at around 04.00 hours on July 11 on San Lorenzo Street, where they assaulted a man and caused the fracture of one of his fingers.

The third attack took place at around 03.30 am on 11 July in the Plaza de Concepción Arenal. In relation to these events, the Police identified a third minor linked to the previous ones, who would have caused injuries classified as minor to the victim. According to this newspaper, the affected person, identified by the initials N.B.M., reported having been assaulted by a group of minors after the World Cup match between Spain and Belgium. Always according to his version, he was beaten, attacked with the buckle of a belt and subjected to a killing, for which he had to be transferred to the Emergency Room.

The two minors arrested have given statements at police stations accompanied by their legal guardians. Once the proceedings were completed, the facts have been transferred to the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office and both have been in the custody of their legal guardians.
