The active fires in Aragón continue to keep the community on tenterhooks during the last few days. One of them is the one declared this Friday in the Huesca municipality of Plan, near the Ibón, in which, despite the fact that the nighttime conditions of humidity and temperature have slowed down the spread, it has not been possible to prevent incandescent material from rolling down the slope that with the passage of hours could lead to upward runs down the slope.
From the Infoar they have reported that the evolution of the right flank and the head «are not worrying» because they are heading towards areas devoid of vegetation. However, work is being done so that the left flank does not reach a ravine that would favour its dispersion down the slope.
Currently, three land resources deployed by the Government of Aragon, through Infoar, as well as two helicopters, are on the ground. In addition, a light amphibian has been moved from the Valencian Community.
Another of the fires that were active in Huesca, declared this Thursday in Jánovas (Fiscal) has been considered stabilized after a day of favorable evolution. Likewise, they will continue to work on the ground since there are still areas with smokes and with great potential for reproduction, favored by the temperatures forecast for this Saturday.
