Integrated into the Club del Ternasco de Aragón, its cuisine revolves around this ingredient with recipes that combine tradition with a more modern touch.
At the helm of the establishment are Andrés Quílez and María Jesús Callén, who are committed to local and seasonal raw materials in a menu where tapas play a leading role.
