After the criticism issued by the Government of Aragón this Tuesday in the face of the decrease in judicial places assigned to the community, which have gone from the eleven planned to seven, this Friday it has been the High Court of Justice of Aragon who has expressed its «stupefaction and rejection» in the face of a cut that, they have stressed, has only affected Aragon.
Thus, the plenary session of the Governing Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Aragon has agreed to make public a statement in which they have demanded that the Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, Félix Bolaños, know the reasons for this reduction «clearly detrimental to the public service of Justice for Aragonese citizens».
This declaration will also be issued to the General Council of the Judiciary, the Government of Aragon and the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Parliament. Likewise, the TSJA has assured that they will continue to require «the appropriate explanations that justify this comparative grievance, until an adequate response is obtained».
