The running of the bulls held this past Saturday morning in Royuela (Teruel), within the festivities in honor of San Bartolomé, has left two people injured, one of them a 26-year-old man who has had to be transferred to the Obispo Polanco Hospital in Teruel after suffering a spectacular catch.
The most serious moment has occurred during the release of cattle in the field. The young man, from Valencia, tried to take refuge between several vehicles when one of the bulls from Juan Vicente Mora’s ranch caught up with him. The animal has turned it over on several occasions, in a scene that has been recorded in a video broadcast on social networks.
The confinement has also left another incident. A man from Frías de Albarracín has also been hit by one of the bulls, although in this case he received assistance in the enclosure itself.
