The S.D. Huesca has already set its sights on the start of the season in the Primera RFEF against U.E. Sant Andreu at 19:15 this Saturday at El Alcoraz. A duel that will serve to test if the good feelings of the preseason are maintained when the results really matter.
The Alto Aragonese team has played a total of seven friendlies in this preparation and has won six of them (Petro Luanda, Real Sociedad B, Andorra, Nástic de Tarragona, C.D. Teruel and U.D. Barbastro). Although, the duel against the Catalan team ended in a 2-2 draw in the 90 minutes, but on penalties the Huesca team won.
The only defeat came in the third preparation match against U.D. Logroñés (0-1). This duel has been the only blur in the preparation of Raúl Jardiel’s men, who have been very confident throughout a very positive preseason for a Huesca club that aspires to return to the Second Division.
THE PENDING SIGNINGS
Despite the fact that Huesca has made a total of 18 signings in this market, the work is not finished by the Huesca sports management. Javier Sanz de Arce is looking to incorporate one more defender to close that area and it is also expected that another striker will arrive to complete the offensive zone.
The only departure that remains to be carried out is that of homegrown player Jaime Escario because the excessive competition in midfield makes it impossible for him to have minutes this season, being that in the preparation he has left good sensations playing as a right-back. So it is understood that a loan will be sought for him so that he continues to evolve and his progression does not stop.
With these operations to be carried out, a market at S.D. Huesca would come to an end that has meant a total renewal in a squad that only maintains Óscar Sielva, Sergi Enrich and Diego Aznar compared to last season.
