[EN] Loquillo brings Spanish rock to Vive Latino Spain 2026: date and time

With one of the most recognizable voices and personalities in Spanish music, Loquillo will be one of the great protagonists of the Vive Latino España 2026 in Zaragoza. The Barcelona artist will perform on Friday, September 4 at 10:15 p.m. on the Ambar Stage, as part of a festival that will once again bring together some of the most prominent names in Spanish-language music in the Aragonese capital.

Loquillo arrives in Zaragoza as one of the fundamental figures of Spanish rock. His image, his attitude on stage and a career marked by rock, rockabilly and pop rock have made the singer an artist easily recognizable for several generations of followers.

Loquillo’s concert in Zaragoza will be held on Friday, September 4 at 10:15 p.m. on the Ambar Stage.

ONE OF THE GREAT FIGURES OF SPANISH ROCK

José María Sanz Beltrán, artistically known as Loquillo, began his musical career musical in Barcelona at the end of the seventies, at the height of the city’s rock and punk scene. From his first works he was accompanied by a very marked aesthetic and personality, elements that would end up becoming some of his main hallmarks.

During the first years of his career he was linked to projects such as Loquillo and Los Intocables and, later, Loquillo and Trogloditas. With the latter line-up he achieved some of the greatest successes of his career and established himself as one of the benchmarks of Spanish rock in the eighties and nineties.

Throughout his extensive career, Loquillo has released numerous albums and has built a repertoire that combines rock, rockabilly, pop and songs of a more personal nature. Among his best-known songs are «Cadillac solitario», «Feo, fuerte y formal», «El rompeolas», «La mataré», «Quiero un camión» and «Cuando fuimos los mejores», songs that are part of the collective memory of Spanish music.
