The Diputación de Zaragoza has put out to tender the lease of four rustic properties located in Montañana. As established in the announcement, the lease will be carried out for a period of five years, the land totals 10.2286 hectares and is put out to tender for a minimum budget of 35,702.70 euros. Those interested can submit their bids until September 8 (inclusive) and will find all the detailed information on the institution’s website.
During the deadline for submitting bids, interested parties can obtain all the information on the website of the Provincial Council of Zaragoza and at the Heritage and Inventory Service by calling 976 288 833. The proposals will be secret and will be submitted to the General Registry of the Provincial Council (telephone 976 288 807, entry per place of España, 2), from 9.00 to 14.00 from Monday to Friday.
The four rustic properties that are put out to tender are:
– Plot 186, polygon 12, with cadastral reference 50900A012001860000YU and arable area 4.3921 hectares, whose plan corresponds to page 1 of Annex I of these Specifications.
– Plot 194, polygon 12, with cadastral reference 50900A012001940000YY and arable area 4.6803 hectares, whose plan corresponds to page 2 of Annex I of these Specifications.
– Plot 4, polygon 13, with cadastral reference 50900A013000040000YW and arable area 0.988 hectares, whose plan corresponds to page 3 of Annex I of these Specifications.
– Plot 20, polygon 13, with cadastral reference 50900A013000200000YM and arable area 0.1682 hectares, whose plan corresponds to page 4 of Annex I of these Specifications.
